Varitage Brew Works is at 58 Washington Street in Bloomfield and is the town's first microbrewery. It opened to the community over the weekend of 28 and 29 October 2023. It was founded by Mark Costa, who spent years testing recipes at home and winning home brewing competitions while working a day job, with his long standing friend Neil Levine as co founder. The brewery describes itself as soccer centric, and the theme runs through the room and the beer names. Opening times are published by the brewery.
