Book a visit
Book a visit
Pick a day and a window that suit you, or ask us to call. A technician confirms the window by text or call before anyone sets off.

Choose a day and a window
Tell us what needs doing, where it is and which window suits you. A technician calls or texts the number you give to confirm.
How a visit runs
What happens after you book
Three steps from the form to the finished job.
A technician calls or texts the number you gave to confirm the day and the window, and asks anything the form did not cover: the floor, the parking, the pets, the stairs.
Every service is performed at your home or business, at the hour that suits you. There is no shop and no drop off point, and a rug that has to leave the room is collected and returned.
The work is photographed before and after, you have the written estimate before any of it starts, and a water loss carries daily moisture readings until the material reads dry.
The four windows
When we can come
Pick the window that suits you. An active water loss is handled at any hour, outside these windows and without waiting for one.
For a household that wants the work started before it leaves for the day.
For a home where the middle of the day is the easiest time to let a technician in.
For a property where somebody is back by mid afternoon.
For a household that cannot be in during working hours.
For water coming in now, do not wait for a window. Call the office and the loss is handled at any hour, outside these four.
What to prepare
Before we arrive
Four things that make the visit shorter and the result better.
Move small items, breakables and anything on a closet floor you want cleaned. Say which larger pieces you want moved when you book, so the technician arrives knowing what the room holds and what stays where it is.
A photograph of the affected area tells us the water category or the extent of the soil before anyone arrives, which decides what equipment comes on the truck.
Say where a pet accident happened so it is treated with an enzyme rather than a surface cleaner, and say where the pets will be during the visit.
Tell us the floor, the parking and whether the building needs anything from us before a contractor can work in it. The equipment and the access are planned around that answer before the day.

Frequently asked questions
Question 1: Do you have a shop we can bring things to?
No. Every service is performed at your home or business, including area rugs and the floor underneath them. A rug that needs full dusting and flat drying is collected and returned rather than dropped off.
Question 2: Should I book a window for a leak that is happening now?
No, call the office instead. An active loss is handled at any hour, outside the four windows, and the phone reaches a person at once. The home page answers how quickly that happens.
Question 3: Is there a fee to book?
No. You receive a written estimate before any work begins, with no hidden fees, and nothing is owed until you accept it. Booking a window costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
Question 4: Do I have to agree to texts to book?
No. Both consent boxes on the form are optional and neither is a condition of any purchase. If you leave them unticked we still confirm the visit, and you can ask us to stop messaging at any time by replying STOP to a text or by calling the office.
Prefer a written estimate first?
Send the details and the photographs and get a written estimate with no obligation before you pick a window.
