A person answers at any hour, by appointment. For an active water loss, call rather than send the form: a crew dispatches to your street and the technician calls back with an arrival time for your address.

A person answers at any hour. Have the address, the room and roughly how long the water has been there ready, and the technician can bring the right equipment on the first visit rather than the second.

NORTH JERSEY · N.J. ESTIMATE · IN WRITING RECEIVED NO. 0168

    Request received.

Your written estimate comes back from the technicians who do the work. For anything urgent, call (908) 520-8698.

    What happens next

What happens after you send the form.

Your request goes straight to the technicians, and the written estimate does not change once we are in the room.

Stage 01, by a technician We read it and reply

A photograph of the affected area is the first thing we look at, because it usually settles the water category or the extent of the soil before anybody visits.

Stage 02, in writing You receive a written estimate

You get the estimate in writing before any work begins, with no hidden fees. Anything that will not come out is named in it. Nothing is booked and nothing is owed until you accept it.

Stage 03, by appointment We agree a time window and come to you

Every service is performed at your home or business, at an hour that suits you. The work is photographed before and after, and a water loss carries daily moisture readings until the material reads dry.

    Frequently asked questions

Question 1: What areas do you cover?

Passaic, Essex, Hudson, Union, Bergen and Morris counties in New Jersey. This is a service area business: the work is done at your property, and there is no storefront and no drop off point.

Question 2: What are your hours?

24 hours a day, by appointment. A person answers at any hour for an emergency, and non emergency visits are booked for a time that suits the property.

Question 3: Are you licensed, insured and certified?

Yes. The business is licensed and insured, IICRC certified, and family owned since 2010. Ask at the estimate which certifications the technician on your job holds, and for the New Jersey home improvement contractor registration number, which a home improvement contractor in this state has to carry in advertising.

Question 4: How do I book, and what does an estimate cost?

Call, or send the form with a photograph of the area, and the estimate is free and written before any work begins with no hidden fees. Photographs help most on a water or mold call, because they let the technician arrive with the right equipment rather than coming back for it.

    Water coming in now

Call the office first. While you wait: shut the water off at the main if you can reach it, stay out of standing water near outlets, and photograph everything before anything moves. Do not use bleach on wet materials.
